Shipping Policy
We offer FREE Installation & shipping on all orders, free Installation is just for the greater Sydney, Wollongong & Newcastle region. After you finish your order we will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order. We contacted our vendors to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is not available, we will void the pre-authorization of your credit card and reach out to you via email. If it is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@secureyourproperty.com.au
Damage during shipment
As long you receive the delivery and you notice any physical damage to the package you are required to take the picture by any time stamp camera application and send us the time-stamped photos along with the time-stamped photos of the product at info@secureyourproperty.com.au We will process insurance claim on your behalf. Please note the time stamp photos are mandatory for claims within 2 hours of delivery being received. We use Australia Post and multiple other courier services for our products to deliver; all terms are conditions of these service providers that apply to our shipment policy.
