Installation Terms & conditions:

 

1. Free installation is limited to Greater Sydney, Wollongong & Newcastle regions only, and within 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Our technician will contact you for the most suitable time for installation. The weather conditions on the day of installation may affect the installation process and may result in rescheduling for another day. We also reserve the right to reschedule the installation due to any other circumstances beyond our control.
2. In case the cable pathway is not easily accessible or requires excessive drilling or ducting, we may offer you the wireless solution with the same specification and price, or higher specification with a higher price. This also applies to double-story houses, or where you are worried about the rental property damages. However, we endeavour our best to provide you with the best possible installation solution. 3. The customer has liability to guide the cables’ pathway to our technician due to better understanding of building infrastructure and invisible assets; however, our technician would use the best professional wall scanners, stud finders & endoscopy cameras to assist you in locating invisible assets.
4. The package includes two 60-feet cables for power & video per camera and one pack of mounting screws with wall plugs per camera. It covers most of our installation jobs with no further accessories required, but if the site has some specific requirement e.g. the distance longer than 60-feet or mounting on a pole or at a special surface, the required accessories will be sold separately. Our technician usually carries some extra accessories for your convenience or you may buy from local Bunnings or any other hardware store of your choice if required.
5. Require at least 24 or 32-inch LCD or a smartphone to view camera images on screen. We offer a free wall mount bracket with Installation on a wall if required as a Bonus; the LCD can be purchased on our website too.

This product comes with one year’s hardware warranty.
