This product offers various ways to unlock the door to best suit your personal or business needs. Fast and easy daily access is enabled by a fingerprint sensor, and the backlit keypad allows guests to enter with temporary codes, and permanent codes for regular users. Additionally, the product comes with RFID tags and physical keys. It supports adding numerous users and has a feature of secure locking mode that allows access only to administrators and to users who have physical keys.

With the Grid Connect app, you can control your lock entirely from remote location. With your smartphone, you can add fingerprints and codes, share access, and can see who has recently unlocked your door, and can manage your lock remotely. To connect your wireless lock to the internet, you require SG121HA Wi-Fi hub. (Sold separately, $25 each, let the technician know if you didn’t bought in advance)

When batteries need to be changed, low-battery notifications serve as reminders. You can also check the battery level via the app. If the lock’s batteries run out, the physical keys can still be utilized. A micro USB connector provides backup power to unlock the door.

This entry lock requires a door thickness of between 35 and 55 mm, and it employs a 54 mm diameter cut-out at a backset of 60/70 mm from the door edge. The product requires drilling a second mounting hole above the main cut-out and can be installed by hand on doors that already have an appropriate cut-out. It is not recommended to replace mortise or rim locks on new doors without expert installation as this product is not designed for do-it-yourself tasks, our technicians will do this for you.

This Smart Lock with Remote Access is designed to fit your existing door knob with a 54mm diameter cut-out, or we may do a new hole if required.

Installation Terms & conditions:

1. Free installation is limited to Greater Sydney, Wollongong & Newcastle regions only, and within 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Our technician will contact you for the most suitable time for installation. The weather conditions on the day of installation may affect the installation process and may result in rescheduling for another day. We also reserve the right to reschedule the installation due to any other circumstances beyond our control.
2. In case your door/or existing hole does not qualify for the minimum installation requirement of a 35~55mm thick door with a minimum of a 90mm lock stile. We may offer you a different lock with the same specs and the same price or higher specs with higher prices.
3. The price includes the ordinary old-lock removal and the installation of a new lock, any lost Key or stubborn locks that may cost you extra, or the cancellation of the order for a full refund with a deduction of $50 visiting charges.
