Enjoy peace of mind and convenience with the Orion security range. The Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt is designed as an upgrade for most existing deadbolt installations, using a standard 54mm diameter cut-out.
Pair your lock to the Grid Connect app to enable notifications or view a log of recent unlocks. Fingerprints, tags and codes can be linked to names or accounts to easily see which user has unlocked your door. Generate quick codes or set scheduled, time-limited access for guests.
This device uses 4 AA alkaline batteries (included). Low battery warnings provide reminders when the batteries need to be replaced, or you can check the battery status in the app. There is a micro USB port for backup power, and the mechanical keys can also be used if the lock has run out of battery.
This product contains a range of unlocking methods to suit your needs. A fingerprint sensor allows for quick and easy daily access, while the backlit keypad supports temporary codes for guests and ongoing codes for regular users. RFID tags and mechanical keys are also included with the product. You can add up to 5 administrators and dozens of users, with a secure locking mode that can restrict access to administrators and physical keys only.
This deadbolt uses a 54mm diameter cut-out at a backset of 60/70mm from the door edge and requires the door thickness to be between 35-50mm. The product is suitable for DIY installation on doors that have an existing cut-out with these dimensions. It is recommended to drill a small mounting hole above the cut-out to fully secure the lock and provide a weather-resistant seal. The product is not designed for DIY replacement of mortise or rim locks, and professional installation is recommended for new doors. Installation videos are available on the Grid Connect website.

Installation Terms & conditions:
1. Free installation is limited to Greater Sydney, Wollongong & Newcastle regions only, and within 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Our technician will contact you for the most suitable time for installation. The weather conditions on the day of installation may affect the installation process and may result in rescheduling for another day. We also reserve the right to reschedule the installation due to any other circumstances beyond our control.
2. In case your door/or existing hole does not qualify for the minimum installation requirement of a 35~55mm thick door with a minimum of a 90mm lock stile. We may offer you a different lock with the same specs and the same price or higher specs with higher prices.
3. The price includes the ordinary old-lock removal and the installation of a new lock, any lost Key or stubborn locks that may cost you extra, or the cancellation of the order for a full refund with a deduction of $50 visiting charges.
