1. Free installation is limited to Greater Sydney, Wollongong & Newcastle regions only, and within 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Our technical team will contact you for the most suitable time for installation. We reserve the right to reschedule the installation due to any circumstances beyond our control.

In case your wall does not qualify for the minimum installation requirement due to wall strength, thickness or hidden asset, we may offer you a different product with the same specs and the same price or higher specs with higher prices or may change the location of the TV bracket to a more suitable location.
