Installation Terms & conditions:

1. Free installation is limited to Greater Sydney, Wollongong & Newcastle regions only, and within 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Our technician will contact you for the most suitable time for installation. The weather conditions on the day of installation may affect the installation process and may result in rescheduling for another day. We also reserve the right to reschedule the installation due to any other circumstances beyond our control.
2. In case your property doesn’t qualify for the minimum installation requirement due to thickness of wall or metal interruption, we may offer you a different product with the same specs and the same price or higher specs with higher prices.
